Insight Global is looking to hire a Desktop Support Engineer for one of our large financial clients in the Zionsville, IN area. We are looking for someone who can provide top-tier hardware/software support as well as provide excellent customer service. Skills and Requirements

• 5+ years Desktop Support experience within a Windows environment

• Strong troubleshooting and break/fix support

• Troubleshooting software applications and software support

• ServiceNow ticketing System or other platform

• Excellent communication skills and customer service skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or a related field - Azure knowledge/exposure null
