Description We are offering a unique opportunity to join our team as a Staff Accountant located in Westfield, Indiana. This role is within the Agriculture industry and will focus on a range of financial tasks. The successful candidate will be tasked with handling ERP implementation, replacing SAP, and utilizing Microsoft Dynamics. This position offers extensive exposure to back office operations and advanced Excel applications.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting in the ERP implementation and transition from basic SAP to Microsoft Dynamics

• Handling a variety of accounting tasks including bank reconciliations and vendor master setup

• Ensuring efficient transactional accounting procedures are maintained and followed

• Contributing to back office operations and providing support where needed

• Utilizing advanced Excel skills for various accounting tasks

• Handling Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) operations

• Performing General Ledger operations and preparing Journal Entries

• Assisting in Month End Close procedures

• Working with Oracle software to facilitate accounting tasks

• Monitoring and addressing any issues related to the P2P process. Requirements • Possess a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

• Display a solid understanding of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Demonstrate experience with Bank Reconciliations

• Have knowledge and experience working with General Ledger

• Show capability of preparing and analyzing Journal Entries

• Prove ability to handle Month End Close processes

• Exhibit proficiency in using Oracle for financial transactions and reporting

• Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling sensitive financial information

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Proven problem-solving and analytical abilities

• Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks concurrently

• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, and participating in professional societies.
