Responsibilities
Functional lead with an advanced level of expertise in financial planning, profitability analysis, business case modeling, and related processes
Produces Excel and business intelligence tool reports utilizing databases and summary tools such as pivot tables and advanced formulas
Supports business development analysis including the development and maintenance of dynamic financial and valuation models
Supports business case development for new projects and new product introductions including sensitivity and payback analysis
Interacts professionally with users from all areas and levels of the business, influencing decisions and facilitating change management through collaboration and leadership
Provides regular verbal and written project communications, status updates, and issue escalation while coordinating activities across vendors, end users, and internal resources to achieve deliverables as defined in project plans
Develops models and monitors overhead and total operational spending including regular review and assessment of the inflationary impact of cost changes
Reviews manufacturing variances for abnormality and works with leadership to address them in a timely fashion
Presents financial summaries of special projects with a high attention to detail
Conducts financial analysis and leads improvement efforts to optimize operating profit and cash flow while meeting strategic goals of the company
Assists with the compilation and review of company budget, forecasts and account analysis, and explanation of expense variances with a high level of customer service
Coordinates forward-looking long-term profit and cash flow modeling with input from key stakeholders

Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
Experience:
- 8+ years of relevant work experience
Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication
Microsoft Office Suite, advanced Excel
Data Analysis
Enterprise Resource Planning (ERS) software
Budgeting and forecasting software
Accounting Principles
Certification:
Certified Financial Analyst (CFA) preferred
Certified Public Accountant(CPA) preferred
Certified Management Accountant (CMA) preferred
SAFETY:
Physical Requirements:
Move or lift objects up to 25 pounds
Frequent (>75%) stationary position (standing or sitting) while utilizing digital displays
Frequent (>75%) fine manipulation using hands and fingers (typing, opening, writing, clicking, paper sorting, etc.)
