Job SummaryUnder general direction, provide technical leadership and support of business processes, applications, and projects from concept, through design, testing, documentation, validation and implementation.Principal Duties and ResponsibilitiesProvide technical leadership and support of business processes, applications, and projects from concept, through design, testing, documentation, validation and implementation.Leads projects, solutions and/or processes of moderate to medium complexity.Under minimal direction, performs basic analysis, design, implementation and maintenance activities in various areas of IT with specific focus on Manufacturing Operations Management (MOM).Researches and validates innovative solutions (both external and internal), leveraging best practices for quality and process efficiencies.Formulates and/or defines scope and objectives of feasibility studies.Actively participate on committees representing inter/intra IT organizations.Identifies, quantifies, and prioritizes solutions to address business and technical issues.Prepares reports, records progress and creates solutions to IT problems/issues.Leads assignments and/or maintains systems of medium to large complexity, including requirements definition, internal/external resource management and budgets.Applies principles, concepts and practices of the IT Competency Model at the Analyst level.Proactively enforces worldwide and local security policies to ensure IT information assets are protected.Expected Areas of CompetenceMust be able to effectively engage within teams and with business partners for collection and refinement of business requirements with strong emphasis in the manufacturing space.
