Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $14 - $15  / hour

What you'll be doing as a Catering Coordinator:

• The Catering Coordinator will play a pivotal role in our operations, ensuring seamless coordination between clients, vendors, and our catering team.

• This position requires a blend of sales acumen, organizational skills, and a passion for hospitality. 

• Sales & Client Interaction: Utilize your sales experience to attract and retain clients, providing exceptional customer service and hospitality.

• Guest Relations: Greet guests warmly, ensuring they feel welcome and valued.

• Data Entry: Accurately enter and maintain client and event data, ensuring all information is up-to-date and readily accessible.

• Organizational Tasks: Coordinate event details, manage schedules, and ensure all catering operations run smoothly.

• Vendor Coordination: Meet with vendors to discuss terms, negotiate contracts, and manage relationships to ensure quality and reliability.

Job requirements:

• Proven sales experience, preferably in the hospitality or catering industry.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in data entry and management software.

• A background in hospitality, with a deep understanding of client service.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment and meet deadlines.

• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.

• Background check and drug screening required
