Shift: 1 st : 6am – 6:30pm

Pay: $17.00

What’s a typical day as a Corn Sorter? You’ll be:

• Overseeing corn sorting at individual sorting conveyors

• Picking apart good versus bad quality corn on the cob

• Distinguishing defects and removing defective product from conveyer belts

• Watching corn as it comes down the conveyor and removing the husk.

• Discarding any non-corn product

• Standing for extended periods, though stools and agronomic mats are available for comfort.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Able to work mandatory overtime.

• Have open availability.

• Have a keen eye for detail and can distinguish between good and bad quality corn.

• Are able to work in a standing position for extended periods.

• Is comfortable working with conveyors and removing corn husks.

• Have a strong work ethic and are committed to maintaining product quality.
