HealthFitness is looking for a Group Class Instructor to join the Spencer Fitness Center team at our Boston Scientific client site located in Spencer, Indiana. In this position you will provide fun, effective, and safe group exercise to members participating in general group class programs such as dance, boot camp and circuit or specialty class programs such as Zumba, Pilates, Kickboxing, and more!

This is a position teaching one morning class per week, M-Th, 6:30am- 7:15am or one afternoon class per week, Mon or Wed after 4:00 PM. There is some flexibility with these timeframes and fitness center staff is willing to share more details during the interview.

What you'll need to have

• Current group exercise instructor certification from ACE, AFAA/NASM, ACSM, NETA, NCCPT, or other NCCA nationally accredited specialty class certification required.

• Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certification from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required within 30 days of hire.

• 2+ years group exercise instruction experience strongly preferred.

• Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems required.

Compensation: $20-$30/class. Pay is dependent on experience and qualifications.
