The Warehouse Associate plays a crucial role in the efficient operation of the warehouse. This position involves a variety of tasks, including receiving, storing, and distributing products within the warehouse. The ideal candidate will be reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receiving and Processing Shipments: Unload trucks, check in merchandise, and ensure products are accurately counted and stored.
• Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct regular stock counts, and report discrepancies to the Warehouse Supervisor.
• Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to customer requirements and company standards.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. Report any safety hazards or equipment issues to management.
• Equipment Operation: Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks in a safe and efficient manner.
• Housekeeping: Keep the warehouse clean and organized, ensuring a tidy workspace.
• Team Collaboration: Work effectively with other team members to meet daily, weekly, and monthly operational goals.

Qualifications:

• ExperiencePrevious experience in a warehouse environment is a plus but not required. Training will be provided.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Basic math skills and the ability to read and follow instructions.
  • Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physical Requirements
