Location: Mooresville, IN

The Role

As a Distribution Center and Loss Prevention Administrator, you work closely with the Distribution Center Mangement team, Safety, Loss Prevention, and various teams, you ensure accurate and coordinated administration, recordable safety and loss prevention relatable information, timely flow of information, ordering. May interact with operations, facilities, and contingency workforce agencies.

Answer telephones, take messages and/or direct questions to appropriate personnel. Compose and prepare memorandums, letters, reports and correspondence as requested by the Management Team.

Develop and maintain filing systems. Perform other clerical and administrative tasks as required. Distribute incoming inter-department and US mail. Type correspondence, agendas, meeting minutes and required reports.

Create necessary forms utilizing the computer. Prepare and distribute various reports, forms and documents. Establish and maintain various computer files. Prepare, review for accuracy and forward billings. Perform routine maintenance of office equipment including backing up and purging computer files. Compile, record, tabulate and file monthly reports as required. Receive and disseminate information to the general public and news media as directed. Properly handle confidential information, correspondence and other documents. Make travel and lodging arrangements as required. Perform other duties as required.

The DC LP Administrator is also cross trained in other departments to assist and support in a as needed basis. Develop and maintain productive, effective, and professional relationships with peers, superiors, auditors, and others. Always represents the company in a positive and supportive manner.

Your Impact

The primary functions of this role, include but are not limited to:

  • Coordinate and Manage the Front Office Administrator Duties; including welcoming guests, supporting the management team as needed with administration duties
  • Provide support to the Loss Prevention team with administrative duties
  • Coordinate with Distribution management to resolve order issues; process special request, etc.
  • Provide direct assistance to the Operations Leadership by scheduling meetings, coordinating lunches, organizing various employee events
  • Support administrative requests from the Operations Leadership by building Power Point presentations, running ad-hoc reporting, creating PO's in Oracle and ordering office supplies

  • 1-2 years related experience or in departments he/she will impact (inventory, shipping, receiving, fulfillment, quality)
  • Ability to read, analyze and interpret written instructions including safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
  • Ability to present information and respond to questions from groups of management
  • Good math skills, ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure
  • Ability to accurately count physical goods
