Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are seeking 2 Maintenance Technicians for the 2nd Shift Operation at an automotive supplier in Monroeville, Indiana. The company manufactures Front Windshield Wiper Systems, Rear Windshield Wiper Systems, Reversing Wiper Systems, and Windshield Washer Systems. The technician will work on Automated Assembly machines, Robots, PLC systems, and HMI's. The maintenance team collaborates closely with the engineering team to ensure tasks are performed correctly and technicians receive comprehensive training.

Work Environment

CLEAN AND TEMPERATURE CONTROLLED. Steel Toes required. 2nd Shift: 3:00pm - 11:30pm (+/- 30 Minutes), Monday - Friday (Occasional Saturdays). Pay: $24.59 - $32.54 with a $1.00 shift premium.

Hard Skills

  • Experience with Automated Assembly machines

  • Proficiency in working with Robots

  • Knowledge of PLC systems

  • Familiarity with HMI's
