Job Description:
The responsiblity of the role is to develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets, foster account growth, and identity new business opportunities. The role will be based out of Mumbai and the accounts managed will belong to the Public Sector Banks and Oil Marketing Companies segment. The person will conduct regular business reviews with clients to asses their needs, address concerns, and provide them 3M CBTD solutions that meet their objectives.
Key stakeholders with whom the person will be working are marketing team of the brand, administration and projects team, influencers such as design consultants, architects etc. for incorporating 3M specifications in their brand manual generating demand for 3M products. Drive specifications led business development in existing and new customers.
Expand customer and channel base. Identify New segments and promote New Products. Develop and Maintain Key Accounts relationships.
