Description We are inviting applications for the role of a Full Charge Bookkeeper in La Porte, Indiana. The chosen candidate will be expected to manage full cycle AP and AR, conduct CC reconciliations, and prepare journal entries and month-end preparations. The position requires a critical thinker who is proficient in using various accounting software systems and Microsoft Office Suites.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee full cycle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) operations

• Conduct credit card reconciliations on a regular basis

• Prepare and record journal entries accurately

• Prepare for the month-end closing process

• Utilize Microsoft Excel for various accounting functions

• Regularly use Microsoft Office Suites and Outlook for communication and data management

• Operate Accounting Software Systems and ADP - Financial Services

• Handle billing functions and bank reconciliations

• Utilize critical thinking skills to resolve accounting discrepancies and ensure financial records are accurate and complete. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems

• Experience with ADP - Financial Services

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suites

• Proficient in using Microsoft Outlook

• Thorough understanding of Accounting Functions

• Proficiency in managing Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Experience in Bank Reconciliations

• Knowledge of Billing Functions
