Our Core Tax Services (https://www.cbh.com/services/tax/) team is looking for a Tax Manager with a strong background in corporate tax compliance.

What your day looks like:

• Management of C-Corporation income tax compliance engagements and providing knowledgeable review of complex C-corporation income tax returns

• Management and review of ASC 740 Income Tax Provisions

• Leading and developing both U.S. and international tax associates and seniors in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

• Demonstrating superior client service skills

• Work location aligned with your needs

What you need for this role:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field, Master's degree preferred

• Must be CPA certified and have an active CPA license

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in public accounting with a minimum of 2 years of managerial experience

• ASC 740 experience is preferred, but not mandatory

• Demonstrated background in working with C-Corporations

• Strong understanding of clients' businesses and industries

The salary range for this position is $86,165-$155,100. Individual salaries within this range are determined by a variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geographic location.
