Description

We are searching for a meticulous and dedicated HR Recruiter/Sourcer in the Healthcare, based in Indianapolis, Indiana. This role primarily revolves around sourcing potential candidates for the healthcare network using platforms like LinkedIn and Indeed, and conducting pre-screening processes. This role does ecompasses full cycle recruiting and focuses on the initial stages of the recruitment process, identifying and engaging with passive candidates, and filling the candidate pipeline.

This is a mostly remote position with a handful of meetings on site a couple time per month near downtown Indianapolis.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Boolean searches to identify and engage with passive candidates.

• Conduct pre-screening of candidates considering factors such as ideal shift, location, compensation, and skillset.

• Encourage potential candidates to register with the IUH talent network.

• Carry out the initial heavy lifting in the recruitment process to ensure a robust candidate pipeline.

• Collaborate with the recruiter to ensure smooth transition after the pre-screening process.

• Utilize skills in Talent Sourcing, Boolean logic, Passive Candidates, Source Candidates, Screen Candidates, and Qualifying Candidates for successful recruitment.

• Maintain open communication with candidates to keep them informed about the recruitment process and any updates.

• Work closely with the Radiology department and RNs to understand specific recruitment needs and preferences.

• Maintain a detailed record of candidate interactions, pre-screening outcomes, and other relevant recruitment data.

• Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism in all aspects of the role.

Requirements • Minimum of one year experience in a HR Recruiter role within the Healthcare/NHS industry

• Proven skills in Talent Sourcing and Boolean logic

• Experience in sourcing Passive Candidates

• Demonstrable ability to effectively source and screen Candidates

• Skilled in qualifying Candidates to ensure they meet the necessary criteria

• Proficient in the use of LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed for recruitment purposes

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong organisational and time-management abilities

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team

• Demonstrable knowledge of HR practices and employment laws

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred.
