Make a Difference

The Supervisor of Case Management, RN is located at Community Hospital North. This position will lead the activities of assigned staff by communicating and providing guidance toward achieving department goals. The Supervisor will promote department goals by selecting, motivating, and training staff. This position will work on well-defined issues and/or projects. The supervisor may be required to interpret the application of policies, procedures, and technical methods for staff. This position may be required to cover a caseload.

Exceptional Skills and Qualifications

Applicants for this position should demonstrate the ability to adapt to a variety of situations, changes, and new learnings. Applicants can motivate and lead high-performing teams.

  • Associate’s Degree in nursing is required.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in nursing is preferred.

  • Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license to practice in the state of Indiana as listed in the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC).

  • Certified Case Manager (CCM) or Accredited Case Manager (ACM) or equivalent certification is preferred.

  • 2 (two) or more years of experience working in a hospital setting is required.

  • Coordinate, lead, prioritize, and/or manage multiple projects competently.

  • Strong relationship-building skills with all levels of the organization.

  • Independently resolve problems.
