We are looking for a Senior Customer Service Representative to join a dynamic team! The position involves providing excellent customer support, resolving complex issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills. This is a long-term contract/contract-to-hire opportunity in the Indianapolis, IN area.

Responsibilities:

• Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints.

• Provide guidance and support to junior customer service representatives.

• Process orders, returns, and exchanges promptly and accurately.

• Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues.

• Maintain customer records and update information as needed.

• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance customer service.

  Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Customer Service Representative or similar role.

• Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite.

• High school diploma; additional education or certifications are a plus.
