TEKsystems Sourcing Recruiter in Indianapolis, Indiana

Description:

This position is technically called an "Admin" or a "LinkedIn Recruiter".

  • Execute recruiting strategies to identify, attract and schedule entry level candidates or licensed insurance candidates for an interview with branch personnel

  • 90% of their time will be spent on LinkedIn recruiter and they will be required to source candidates through posting jobs and messaging prospective candidates. They will be provided knowledge articles or scripts they can use - however the manager wants them to make these more personalized as they get comfortable with creating rapport

  • utilize various job boards, social media platforms, and other recruitment tools as needed/assigned

  • Collaborate with local branch teams to understand their needs and ensure a smooth recruiting process

  • Participate in ongoing recruiter training and development to enhance your ability to identify and select qualified candidates

  • Required to participate in projects as assigned. These will require running reports in Excel utilizing data pulled from LinkedIn (they just need to export a file, no manual work is needed to extract or clean the data)

  • Will be required to move ownership of LinkedIn Recruiter as people move seats internally (reassigning access and licenses) / they have 220+ people who have access to this tool

  • 10 hours a week (for at least the first month) will be used for them to call on direct applicants. They want this person to be comfortable on the phone should there be a lack of coverage/emergency.

Our candidates will and can earn monthly bonuses if they can hit their KPIs on setting up interviews for the branch locations they support - uncapped commission that currently ranges anywhere from $50-$2,000 a month.

• Practical communication skills with an emphasis on building relationships while in a work from home setting.

• Strong problem solving skills as our recruiters will be challenged when working with candidates and managers.

• Successful recruiters rely on their time management and efficiency to accomplish multiple priorities to meet required deadlines.

A plus would be for a candidate to have experience using LinkedIn recruiter / very high volume recruiting
