POSITION TITLE: Physician (Cardiology)
NUMBER OF POSITIONS: 1
POSITION DUTIES: Diagnose and treat disorders and diseases of the cardiovascular system; perform patient exams and order or conduct diagnostic testing; develop ongoing treatment and disease-management plans; and well as prescribe medicine and coordinate referrals as necessary.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Position requires M.D. or D.O. (or foreign equivalent of M.D. or D.O.); Completion of Medical Residency in Internal Medicine; Completion of Medical Fellowship in Cardiology or Cardiovascular Disease; Board Eligibility or Board Certification in Cardiovascular Disease; and Indiana Physician license.
