About the Role

The Growth and Performance Marketing team works collaboratively with central functions to provide strategic and competitive insights across Performance Marketing channels in response to business objectives.

In this high impact and exciting role, you will be responsible for Bottom-of-Funnel strategy to drive conversions. You will use a mix of creativity and strong analytical skills to understand website behavior, identify opportunities to drive an increase in conversion, revenue and user experience, then develop and execute a strategy to turn those ideas into an optimization and testing plan. You will leverage your expertise in data analysis, develop and refine customer journeys, track user behavior, develop customer cohorts and implement A/B testing to drive desired actions.

What you'll do…

  • Develop and implement data-driven conversion rate optimization strategies to optimize website and marketing channels to drive conversion rates

  • Use qualitative and quantitative sources of data to analyze website traffic to understand user behavior and provide data-driven recommendations to increase engagement and conversion

  • Establish web analytics framework to monitor the health of KPIs and key conversion points in the web journey and marketing funnel

  • Understand and implement ways to monitor conversion funnel congestions, design and usability factors of highly converting web pages

  • Understand the "WHY" behind the data and deliver actionable insights to further improve UX and conversion rate optimization

  • Define and maintain overall optimization program (web experience, landing pages, forms and calls-to-actions)

  • Use an iterative approach to optimization, formulating new experiment ideas and hypotheses, while implementing winning results

  • Support the team in developing hypotheses, testing roadmaps and reports for optimization projects (A/B, Multivariate, Targeting, Personalization)

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that optimization efforts align with the company’s overall marketing goals

  • Generate reports and present findings to stakeholders, highlighting key performance indicators and opportunities for optimization

This role is able to work remotely in the USA.

You'll have…

  • 5-8 years of digital marketing optimization experience at a globally recognized brand or agency with a focus on analytics

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.

Even better, you may have…

  • Detailed knowledge of performance marketing, digital advertising platforms, and web analytics tools

  • Preferred proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Adobe, Tableau, Google Data Studio, etc.)

  • Understanding best practices for UI and UX for websites

  • Familiar with common statistical methods and applications (A/B testing, probability, regression)
