About the Role

The Growth and Performance Marketing team works collaboratively with central functions to provide strategic and competitive insights across Performance Marketing channels in response to business objectives.

Ford is looking for an experienced data-driven professional, capable of discovering new data insights, designing key KPIs, creating impactful data visualization and bringing our marketing analytics to the next level. You will gather, analyze, and present data to provide strategic insights and recommendations to drive business goals. This role will also lead the development and maintenance of regular reports and dashboards, perform complex analyses to identify trends and opportunities, and inform marketing and paid media strategies.

You are inquisitive and truth-seeking with a genuine passion for problem solving and ability to think quickly on one's feet. Working closely with the marketing, web analytics and business teams, you will solve unique analytical problems and find answers to questions that require tenacious problem-solving skills and creativity. You’ll help set high standards for the team to think ambitiously and creatively, and then funnel that energy into clear goals and strong execution.

What you'll do…

  • Identify information sources, gather, and interpret data, and present your findings to executive leadership and business teams

  • Proactively develop insights with clear recommendations using both qualitative and quantitative methods

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with a demonstrated ability to analyze complex data sets and develop insights and recommendations in a clear and concise manner

  • Enhance existing marketing measurement and design KPIs to best measure marketing effectiveness and budget efficiency

  • Define metrics, build dashboards, attribution and propensity models, and understand audience cohorts and user behavior through end-to-end funnel analysis

  • Assist with preparing weekly, bi-weekly and quarterly business review documents

  • Conduct ad hoc research and root cause analyses in fields such as user behavior and web traffic

  • Work closely with the Global Data Analytics & Insights team to build attribution, propensity and other data models

  • Explore and review internal and external marketing data sources to ensure data quality; devise mechanisms and tools to monitor data integrity on a large scale

  • Research industry best practices, the latest tracking trends (such as cookies) and analytical measurement tools

This role is able to work remotely in the USA.

You'll have…

  • 5-8 years of data analytics experience within digital marketing at a globally recognized brand or agency with a focus on analytics

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.

Even better, you'll have…

  • Detailed knowledge of performance marketing, digital advertising platforms, and web analytics tools

  • Preferred proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Adobe, Tableau, Google Data Studio, etc.)

  • Familiar with common statistical methods and applications (A/B testing, probability, regression)

  • Experience making business recommendations and influencing stakeholders

You may not check every box, or your experience may look a little different from what we've outlined, but if you think you can bring value to Ford Motor Company, we encourage you to apply!

As an established global company, we offer the benefit of choice. You can choose what your Ford future will look like: will your story span the globe, or keep you close to home? Will your career be a deep dive into what you love, or a series of new teams and new skills? Will you be a leader, a changemaker, a technical expert, a culture builder…or all of the above? No matter what you choose, we offer a work life that works for you, including:
