Job Description

Join our team in an entry-level position within a union workforce where you will have the opportunity to gain extensive knowledge of our facility and improve both processes and personal performance. As a Production Specialist, you are expected to handle a variety of jobs, tasks, and duties including weighing, bagging, packing, unpacking, labeling, storing products, and maintaining cleanliness around the facility. Engage with peers and management to continuously enhance facility operations and foster a teamwork-oriented environment. Operate various equipment associated with sanitation, loadout, and unloading processes. Commit to adhering to safety, environmental compliance, and food quality standards towards achieving a zero-injury culture.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in BEECH GROVE, IN.

Work Environment

SHIFT Mon-FRI - 7am-330pm. Work in a non-air-conditioned production environment with flour in the air, contributing to a 'dirty' feel. Ambient conditions vary with seasons, both indoors and outdoors. Noise levels may reach or exceed 85 decibels requiring hearing protection. Company-provided protective clothing includes uniforms, hardhats, earplugs, safety glasses, hair restraints, steel-toed shoes, gloves, and safety harness. Additional PPE required for specific tasks. Must be clean-shaven for roles requiring respirators.
