Description We are in search of a Director of Marketing to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana. The successful candidate will be instrumental in creating and adapting design elements for both traditional and digital channels, ensuring brand continuity. This role also involves collaborating with photographers and videographers to create visually appealing content, as well as mentoring junior designers.

Responsibilities:

• Lead design asset creation for traditional and digital channels

• Develop identity/logo design for internal initiatives, events, and corporate partner programs

• Create in-game graphics and animations for digital channels

• Collaborate with photographers and videographers to produce visually appealing content

• Work closely with the brand team to develop the creative needs of the organization

• Present designs and concepts for approval and feedback

• Design retail capsules and products that connect with our audiences through culture

• Develop style guides and identity systems for various programs and sub-brands

• Prepare images for production through color correction and photo retouching techniques

• Assist on location and in-studio during photo shoots and special events. Requirements • Demonstrable experience in a similar Director of Marketing role

• Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems

• Familiarity with database management

• Understanding of EO/IR systems

• Experience with Facebook Insights and Google Analytics

• Proven track record in creating effective advertisements

• Ability to increase brand awareness

• Experience in campaign planning and execution

• Design skills, particularly in relation to marketing collateral

• Knowledge of digital marketing strategies

• Graphic design skills, particularly in the context of marketing

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud software

• Strong leadership abilities and experience managing a team

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is preferred Innovation starts with people.®
