Description We are offering an opportunity for a Data Entry Clerk in the thriving industry of data management, located in INDIANAPOLIS, Indiana, United States. This role involves maintaining and updating databases, ensuring the accuracy of the data, and handling sensitive information with confidentiality.

Responsibilities:

• Enter and update data into the appropriate databases swiftly and accurately.

• Review data for inaccuracies or discrepancies and correct any incompatibilities.

• Comply with data integrity and security policies.

• Generate reports and presentations as needed.

• Work with Microsoft Excel to record and arrange data.

• Maintain confidentiality and secure sensitive information.

• Collaborate with team members to optimize data management efforts.

• Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation.

• Respond to information requests from authorized members.

• Test new database systems and software updates. Requirements • Proficiency in data entry operations with high accuracy and speed

• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and ability to perform basic functions

• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with a high degree of consistency

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• High school diploma or equivalent education level

• Basic understanding of databases and comfortable working with large amounts of data

• Good problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues independently

• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

• Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
