Description

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative for a contract-to-hire position. This role involves delivering exceptional service to customers, resolving inquiries efficiently, and maintaining customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills. This is a long-term contract/contract to hire opportunity based in the Indianapolis, IN area.

Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.

• Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed.

• Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately.

• Update customer accounts and records.

• Provide information about products, services, and policies.

• Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes.

  Requirements

• Proven experience in a customer service or call center environment.

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Ability to handle high-volume calls and inquiries.

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
