We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Customer Service Representative to join the team on a contract-to-hire basis. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for \customers, providing them with exceptional service and resolving their inquiries in a timely manner. This role is based in the Indianapolis, IN area, and it is a long-term contract/contract-to-hire opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.

• Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints.

• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.

• Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.

• Maintain customer records by updating account information.

• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

  Requirements

• Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative or similar role.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle a high volume of customer inquiries.

• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.

• Strong problem-solving abilities.

• Patience when handling tough cases.

• High school diploma; additional qualifications will be a plus.
