As a Client Services Associate supporting a Tax Department, your main responsibility will be to provide high-quality customer service to our clients. This includes, but is not limited to, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and meeting with clients in person to address their questions and concerns related to our tax services.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients seeking information about our tax services.

• Liaise and maintain good relationships with clients ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.

• Collaborate with the tax department to resolve client concerns and issues.

• Assist clients in filling out necessary forms and explain complex tax terms and processes in an easy-to-understand manner.

• Escalate more complex tax relating issues to appropriate team members or departments.

• Maintain client data confidentiality and adhere to the company policies and regulations.

• Actively participate in trainings and meetings to stay updated on tax laws and company's procedures.

• Provide inputs to enhance the overall service delivery process.

• Assist in the preparation of client reports and presentations.

  Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or related field.

• Proven experience in a similar role in a tax or accounting setting is preferred.

• Excellent customer service skills.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

• Detail oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Strong understanding of tax and accounting concepts.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

• Familiarity with CRM, accounting or tax software may be advantageous.
