Job Title: Assistant Controller

Job Description

Responsibilities include processing and creating financial reports, entering invoices, collecting on past due invoices, and performing general accounting tasks. Additionally, you will assist in project setup, correct labor and expenses, prepare client invoices, ensure timely completion of billing reviews, and maintain accurate client billing. You will also correspond with clients and billing managers to resolve payment discrepancies, align payments with outstanding invoices, prepare monthly financial reports, input journal entries, and assist with monthly balance sheet reconciliation.

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 9 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Indianapolis, Indiana.

Work Environment

Onsite work alongside 4 other administrative staff. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm with some flexibility in start/end times. The environment is laid-back with a dress code of jeans, professional top, and shoes. Remote work is possible under certain circumstances such as sickness or personal appointments.
