Job Title: Aircraft Technician

Job Description

Join our dynamic team as an Aircraft Technician where you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance on various aircraft systems including mechanical, structural, power plant, interior, and avionics. This role involves disassembly, cleaning, and inspection of systems and components, ensuring detailed documentation of tasks performed in compliance with Federal Aviation Regulations. Experience the thrill of working with top industry aircraft models and contribute to our reputation for excellence. Occasional overtime may be required to meet service demands.

Hard Skills

  • A&P certification

  • Aircraft Mechanic experience

  • Understanding of FARs and aircraft maintenance regulations

  • Proficient in technical documentation and literature

Soft Skills

  • Ability to establish priorities

  • Work independently

  • Resolve technical issues effectively

  • Strong communication skills

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Indianapolis, Indiana.

Work Environment

Operate in a well-maintained hangar environment that may experience temperature variations. Current openings available on 1st shift (7:30 AM - 4 PM) and 2nd shift (2 PM - 10:30 PM) with a $2 shift differential for 2nd shift. Compensation ranges from $25 to $40 per hour based on experience. Per diem available for non-local candidates.
