Highlights

Community Physician Network is currently seeking a Family Medicine physician to join our outpatient practice in Westfield, IN.

· Outpatient only

· Work in collaboration with other medical providers to provide excellent care for our community.

· Team approach consisting of Integrative medicine & women’s health,

· No OB

· Shared call schedule

· Electronic Medical Record (Epic)

Licensure & Certifications

· Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine

· Licensed in Indiana or eligible for medical licensure in Indiana
