TEKsystems Customer Service Representative in Greensburg, Indiana

Description:

Will be assisting customers with anything related to the foundations of banking. CSR will be handling 40-50 calls/day. - Anything checking account, savings account, and online access related. - Checking balances - Assisting with overdraft fees Will be responsible for knowing and understanding call policies and procedures. Will assist in performing customer account transactions. Candidates will be expected to aim for first contact resolution.
