Aerotek is hiring for a premier company out of Goshen, IN. We are seeking a dedicated Mechanic for our 1st and 2nd shifts, offering a clear pathway to becoming a Maintenance Technician. In this role, you will begin as a Mechanical Operator Technician and be the primary responder to any machine malfunctions. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting and performing initial repairs, and collaborating with Maintenance Technicians for more complex issues, thereby advancing your skill set.

MUST HAVES:

• Mechanical aptitude

• Hydraulics

• Pneumatics

• Preventative maintenance

• Basic understanding of electric

Shift:

1st shift are Monday to Friday from 4am to 1:30pm

2nd shift from 2:30pm to 11:30pm, with a $2/hr shift premium for off shifts.

Pay:

$19.37-$21.37
