About the role:
The Managed Marketing Supervisor would be responsible for managing a group of strategic and high-profile members. Through the success of this group, the Managed Marketing Supervisor would replicate their success through coaching the Managed Marketing Specialists to implement the proven strategies in their group. They would be responsible for holding their team accountable for implementing campaigns that are driving sales and foot traffic to the member’s store or website. The Managed Marketing Supervisor would set standards in place to ensure the Managed Marketing members are getting a consistent experience among each group, as well as challenging the team to be innovative and sales-driven.
Responsibilities include:
Manage a group of strategic Managed Marketing members that will be innovative in their marketing strategy, specifically around paid digital marketing, DOOH, OTT, ecommerce, email marketing, etc.
Provide member education through CORE presentations, Knowledge Central, etc.
Train Managed Marketing Specialists to replicate the proven marketing strategies from their group
Measure success of marketing plans through increased sales and transactions to the member’s stores. Hold team accountable to sales and transaction goals.
Monitor team performance and report on metrics to ensure department goals are met
Delegate tasks & manage workload for Managed Marketing Specialists
Hire and onboard new Managed Marketing Specialists and set standards to provide consistency from group to group
Lead, mentor, develop, and support the Managed Marketing team to foster a collaborative and high-performing environment.
Maintain open communication with members, field staff, graphics, and marketing leadership
Responsible for Managed Marketing team performance management.
Special projects assigned by the Sales & Service Manager
Promote and maintain a positive work environment.
Education and Experience:
Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communication (or equivalent experience)
Experience in marketing, advertising, or equivalent is preferred
Knowledge of Consumer Marketing programs and marketing trends
Skills and Abilities:
Self-motivated, able to manage and meet deadlines
Excellent project management skills, including planning, organizing, and follow-up
Proficient written and verbal communication skills
Leadership and mentoring skills
Ability to motivate and manage a team
