Aston Carter Accounts Receivable Analyst in Fort Wayne, Indiana

Aston Carter is hiring an Accounts Receivable Analyst for a top employer in the Fort Wayne, IN area.

Job Duties:

  • Billing and Debt Collection : As an accounts receivable analyst, you’ll help the company manage its billing and debt collection processes. This involves processing invoices for buyers, collecting payment information, and evaluating periodical bills.

  • Reconciliation and Monitoring : You’ll reconcile accounts, ensuring that payments match invoices accurately. Monitoring overdue accounts and preparing statements for managers are also part of your responsibilities.

  • Investigating Payment Issues : When there are missing or unresolved payment issues, you’ll investigate the reasons behind them. This includes identifying errors in billings and finding ways to rectify them promptly.

  • Contacting Customers : You’ll initiate contact with customers who haven’t completed their payments, understanding the reasons for delays. Additionally, you’ll implement methods to collect outstanding balances and may restrict credit access until payments are made.

Job Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable in a B2B environment

  • Experience with deduction analysis and account reconciliation

  • Proficient in MS Excel

  • Associate's Degree is preferred

  • Experience with large volume customers
