Make a Difference

The Ambulatory Registered Nurse functions as a member of the Touchpoint Senior Living team, conducting duties such as phone triage, education, scheduling visits, care coordination, medication refills, lab review, communicating with the patient's family, supporting the providers, direct patient assessment on occasion, and other related tasks as needed. The office is located in Fishers, Indiana however the nurse will support different facilities in the north region.

Exceptional Skills and Qualifications

-Graduate of National League for Nursing (NLN), Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE), Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN), or National League for Nursing Commission for Nursing Education Accreditation (NLN CNEA) accredited school of nursing, or three years of related professional nursing experience.

-Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license to practice in the state of Indiana as listed in the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC).

-Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) will also be considered. The LPN must be a graduate of a recognized accredited school of practical nursing, or have three years related professional nursing experience. Current Indiana Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license required.

-One year or more of nursing experience required.

-Long term care or hospital experience preferred.

-Phone triage experience a plus.

-Excellent communication skills.

-Excellent team skills.

-Compassionate and caring.

-Accountable and self-directed.

-EPIC experience a plus.
