Description We are seeking a Procurement Specialist to join our team in Fishers, Indiana. In this role, you will assist with the purchasing of all the goods and services required by our organization. You will identify potential supplier sources, negotiate supplier agreements, manage supplier and vendor contracts, and ensure the accuracy of contract terms through regular reviews and audits.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the purchasing of goods and services for the organization

• Identify potential supplier sources and negotiate favorable supplier agreements

• Manage supplier and vendor contracts

• Review and audit contract terms on a regular basis to ensure accuracy and compliance

• Utilize DocuSign for efficient handling of contracts and documentation

• Adhere to and enforce procurement policies within the organization

• Conduct contract audits to verify contract pricing and terms

• Handle purchasing activities and corporate procurement tasks

• Ensure contract compliance in all purchasing activities

• Utilize procurement specialist skills to optimize purchasing and procurement processes. Requirements • Demonstrated experience in Procurement Specialist role or similar position

• Proficient in contract compliance and contract audits

• Ability to manage purchasing activities and purchasing procurement processes

• Strong understanding and experience in contract pricing and contract terms

• Familiarity with the use of digital tools such as DocuSign for documentation purposes

• Proven track record as a buyer in a corporate procurement setting

• Knowledge and application of procurement policies

• Excellent skills in documentation and compliance management

• Ability to interpret and manage contracts effectively

• Proficiency in corporate procurement procedures and policies.
