Skills and Requirements

o Professional experience as Commercial Construction Project Manager.

o Experience managing multiple projects at once (Will be running 3 to 4 here).

o Experience managing both ground up and new construction builds.

o Team player with strong leadership skills, great written and spoken communication skills, self-starter, entrepreneurial mindset and delivers a positive image of our company with building owners, subcontractors, design professionals. o Experience proficiently handling invoice processing, preparing pay applications, managing subcontract agreements, and reviewing job cost reports promptly.

o Experienced in precast, conventional steel, wood frame, and pre-engineered metal building construction--skills essential for our diverse project mix.

o Experience working on new build construction on commercial buildings up to 6 million square feet.

o A sociable individual and likes to golf!
