[POSITION SUMMARY [Cheerfully answers the main phone line for the company and promptly transfers all calls to the appropriate person/que. Serves as the voice of the company. Warmly greets all visitors to the company and directs them to the appropriate person/location. Performs a variety of administrative tasks for the Marketing department and other departments as needed. - Is the voice of the company and represents the company by cheerfully answering the main phone line and promptly transferring all calls to the appropriate person/que.
- Warmly greets all visitors to the office building and directs them to the appropriate person/location.
- Receive various packages and deliveries.
- Maintain an organized and presentable reception area at all times.
- Performs a variety of administrative tasks for the marketing and other departments as needed, including, but not limited to, reviewing the database for accuracy, assembling, and mailing pre-mailer packets, printing pre-mailer information, applying postage to mail, and other projects assigned as necessary.
- Assist with the Marketing department during slow time (website content creation)
- Mixture of scheduling new Leads (clients) and calling pending proposals.
- Provides customers and visitors with a remarkable experience.
- Regular, reliable on-site attendance.
