[HIRING RANGE: $32.25-$35.83[/hour based on education and position related experience. Longevity pay after 3 years.

- Bachelors degree in sociology, psychology, social work, or public health with two to five years of previous health-related work experience
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Knowledge of various government sources of public health information, including Tobacco Prevention and Cessation Commission (TPC), Centers for Disease Control (CDC), Food and Drug Administration (FDA), and the Indiana Tobacco Quitline
- Excellent organizational, communication skills and a sound knowledge of office procedures and practices
- Knowledge of grant writing and standard budgeting/budget management practices
- Ability to analyze, evaluate, coordinate, place, make determinations, and take action based on data analysis
- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
