Responsibilities and Duties
Willow Crossing Health and Rehabilitation is seeking compassionate QMA or LPN who wants to make a difference and be part of a team who excels to succeed. Candidates who can perform the following need apply:
Prepare and maintain schedules and records for nursing department staff
Must be knowledgeable of staffing patterns and ensure staffing coverage is maintained
Replace staff call-ins and call-offs
Schedule requested days off, vacations, sick time, etc., under the direction and approval of Director of Nursing
Coordinate records of absenteesim, requests, schedules, etc. with DON and Payroll depart.
Maintain communication with DON at all times about all areas
Nursing floor duties as allowed
Qualifications and Skills
Qualified Medical Aide (QMA) or LPN in the state of Indiana.
