Description

We are in search of a meticulous Accounting Clerk to join our team in Columbus, Indiana. The primary role will be handling accounts payable and cash applications, working with mccloud software. This role provides an opportunity for short term contract employment.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage accounts payable and cash applications

• Utilize McCloud software for accounting tasks

• Maintain accurate financial records and data

• Perform account reconciliations on a regular basis

• Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR)

• Conduct billing processes and invoice processing

• Execute data entry tasks efficiently

• Advanced usage of Microsoft Excel for financial tasks

• Use Oracle and QuickBooks for various accounting functions

• Utilize SAP for enterprise resource planning and management.

Requirements • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation

• Profound experience with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Capability to manage Billing processes

• Proficiency in Data Entry

• Skilled in Invoice Processing

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Familiarity with Oracle software

• Experience with QuickBooks accounting software

• Proficiency in SAP software

• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Detail-oriented and highly organized

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field is preferred

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an accounting role.
