Wyndham Destinations Intern, Process and Reporting Analyst in Carmel, Indiana

Wyndham Destinations (WD) is looking for a Process and Reporting Analyst “Wyntern” , based in our Carmel, IN office. The Process and Reporting Analyst Intern will assist in the management and oversight of Wyndham Destination’s IT Staff Operations Process Asset Library (PAL). This position will maintain the integrity of existing process documentation and execute activities to enhance the processes as directed by the subject-matter experts. This role will also be responsible to assist in the maintenance, execution and distribution of existing and new project-related reporting needs for the IT organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain IT Program Office’s software development process and reporting documentation, ensuring its integrity and availability to the WDN’s Global IT community.

  • Facilitate process improvement efforts

  • Execute established reporting processes. Assimilate executive reports and validate content with subject-matter experts.

  • Support the ad-hoc reporting needs of the IT Staff Operations team

Other Projects Include:

  • A Team project

  • Lunch & Learns, Q & A sessions and roundtable meetings with Senior Leadership

  • Mentorship Opportunities


  • Internships are available for students who are currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in an IT related field

  • Internships are also available to students who graduated December 2018.

Skills & Experience:

  • Excellent written skills

  • Strong verbal communication skills

  • Organizational skills to work on multiple concurrent assignments

  • Understanding of various technologies and terminology including, applications, databases, networking, telecommunications and connectivity.

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel is required (Excel pivot table experience preferred)
