Responsibilities Customer Services include but are not limited to:

· Educate customer and sales representative on product portfolio, product features and additional accessories and services that are available.

· Enter proposals and purchase orders that are called or emailed in. Ensure appropriate pricing approval is given based on product line discount matrix.

· Handle all email inquiries directed to the Customer Service in-box.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Must have at least 2 years work experience, preferably 3-4

· JDE experience a plus

· Minimum of GED/High School Diploma

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
