Vestil Manufacturing Inside Tech Sales Representative in Angola, Indiana

Responsible for building strong working relationships with customers, expanding our customer base, and maximizing profits through actively selling products and solutions that meet the customers needs and exceed their expectations.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Promotes/sells/secures orders from existing and prospective customers through a relationship-based solution-selling approach.
  • Persuasively describes products and services to customers and assists them in selecting those best suited for their application.
  • Responds to customer needs in a timely, pleasant, and professional manner while creating an above average customer experience.
  • National account and independent distributor sales, maintenance, and growth.
  • Establishes, develops, and maintains business relationships with current customers and prospective customers to generate new business for the organization.
  • Seeks avenues for growth and potential in existing and new markets.
  • Gathers, organizes, and analyzes data to identify market trends.
  • Targets and penetrates competitive markets and converts customers from competitors.
  • Responsible for sales promotions, presentations, and trade shows.
  • Develops clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers.
  • Identifies and reports new product opportunities.
  • Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, and making recommendations to management.
  • Ability to be a strong communicator between engineering and our valued customers.
  • Ability to work with other sales representatives, other departments, or independently.
