Job Description

We are currently seeking a Technical Lead C for the Greenwood, Indiana location. The Technical Lead C will support the production team to achieve plan by continuously improving on process efficiency and line performance. Support the Factory processes and work as a team member to improve changeovers, PM’s, continuous improvement project completion and other assignments outside of the department as needed. Support and actively manage troubleshooting and preventive maintenance training programs to maximize equipment availability and minimize DH. Ability to cross train in other areas of the plant will be necessary.

Schedule (may vary based on business needs): Rotating 5:00 AM - 5:30 PM and 5:00 PM to 5:30 AM. Candidates must have ability to work either shift.

Pay: $ 31.00 / hour

Shift differential paid for applicable hours worked

Key Responsibilities

• Prior experience in clean manufacturing preferred

• Exposure to high-speed production and/or basic maintenance is preferred

• Maintain, fix, and improve equipment used in bottling operation.

• Plan, organize and perform preventive maintenance on all equipment.

• Work with technical department to support maintenance that is required

• Proactive maintenance to minimize equipment downtime

• Good communication skills to maintain a winning attitude with all team members

• Creative problem solving to perform equipment improvements

• Provide break relief to team members

• Cross-train in other areas to support operations during downtimes

• Computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft applications, SAP experience a plus

• Operate a forklift as needed to complete duties; forklift experience is preferred, but we are able to train new associates

• Ability to work in adverse environmental conditions, including inclement weather and changes in temperature

• Focus on safe work practices and high quality while executing duties with a sense of urgency

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent experience

• Solid computer use and navigation skills

• Ability to be self-managed, scheduling and performing work, often unsupervised

• Strong mechanical and learning skills

• Reliable, motivated, willingness to continuously improve

• Ability to stand on your feet for long periods of time, bend, stoop and climb

• Able to work with an awkward posture for 2 hours or more

• Ability to lift and move 50 lbs. and stand on your feet for extended periods of time throughout the day

• Ability to work in adverse environmental conditions, including inclement weather and changes in temperature

• All other duties as assigned
